Our Way of Worship

Our Way of Worship
Our Sunday worship follows a worship pattern used in Christian churches for almost 1,500 years but in contemporary language and a variety of styles. The entire service is printed in an easy to use folder. We hear readings from the Bible and join together in prayer. We sing hymns in our hymnal. We've got hundreds of hymns you'll like. The high point of Sunday is an a explanation of a Bible section for everyday living.

Casual dress is perfectly fine. The Lord looks at our hearts and attitudes, not our clothes. Members support God's work with offerings, but guests don't need to feel they have to give. Restrooms are in church's lower level.

The 2nd and 4th Sundays each month we celebrate Holy Communion. The Bible teaches taking Holy Communion with others is the way we say we believe the same as them. Communion is not for everybody, according to Jesus. Our pastor can explain further.
